Rules for teddy artists
The number of participants is limited.

Participation fee for the Artists is $60. Free entry for collectors!
There are no other ongoing fees for listing or selling your items. All payments for listed items go directly to the PayPal account of the Artist.
Only artists with a shop on Tedsby can participate in the show. You do not have to pay for your membership on Tedsby, your shop just can be “On sabbatical” mode. If you don't have a shop yet, please contact us.
Each participant gets his or her show gallery to list items for sale.
You can only add teddies: bears and other animals. Dolls are not allowed, knitted items and felted work are possible - it should look like a teddy and have movable legs and a head with cotter pins or a skeleton.
Each artist must create at least one new creation for the show, which has not been listed for sale anywhere else before.
You can sell your old works (current works published and not sold yet).
All new creations (made for our show) need to stay unseen before the show and need to remain exclusively for sale on the show during the first 24 hours of the show (but it’s allowed to post them to your social networks for promotion). They must NOT be listed for sale on other websites, it’s not allowed to sell teddies before the show starts!
Each artist can add no more than 15 items.
Entries must be listed for voting by March 13 (one from each artist).
We suggest an Extravaganza theme for the show. We’d love to see artists try fun, eye-catching styles with lively colors and bold patterns. Let’s add even more brightness and creativity!
All entries must be new, made especially for our show by the artist’s own pattern.
Only users registered on Tedsby can vote for entries.
The voting results will be announced on March 20. We will have three prizes, winners will be decided by the number of votes: Best Dressed Teddy (bear or another animal) – $ 150, Best Teddy Without Clothes – $ 150, Best Mini Teddy – $ 150 and there will be several additional prizes.
Artists are displayed on the show page in order of date of participation fee payment.
